As independent commissioning agents, we manage the commissioning process and make hands-on system and equipment checks so that our clients' buildings operate to their optimal, designed potential on day one. Our services meet requirements of LEED and Green Globes programs, but can be customized to meet your project needs to ensure the most beneficial outcome.
As energy managers, we go into existing buildings, pinpoint the energy hogs, and see our client through the retrofit improvement process so that their energy bills become manageable...and get them some financial help from federal and provincial programs in the meantime. We have obtained 100% of the ecoENERGY grants and provincial boiler replacement grants that we have sought for clients, and can tailor our analysis and reports to meet requirements of BOMA, internal maintenance management and other programs.
As energy simulation professionals, we take a schematic or developed design and analyze it for its energy use so that our clients can make informed decisions on the highest return design alternative and be given verification that their development is designed to meet their energy savings target. We create models in accordance with LEED, based on NECB or ASHRAE energy standards.
As a Certified Measurement and Verification Professional, we can knowledgeably help you create and implement an effective measurement and verification plan to ensure your building operates optimally and accountably into the future. These services are in accordance with LEED EAc5.
